Job Description

Vice President of Human Resources


LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a HR Professional to partner with the executive of a rapidly growing company. The right individual will have proven track record of developing and executing initiatives that support the overall business objectives of their organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build strong relationships with internal stake holders as well as all third-party vendors.
  • Partner with executive leadership guiding people strategy to develop a people center strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and improve talent management programs such as succession planning, employee engagement, review process, and performance management.
  • Ensure all the HR policies and procedures are legally compliant, up to date, and efficient and effective across the entire organization.
  • Provide leadership for all strategic and tactical functions of HR including Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisitions, etc.
  • Utilize data to measure effectiveness of current initiatives and drive continuous improvement through the optimization of HRIS and ATS tools.



Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Project Management and/or Implementation experience
  • Masters Degree in HR or related preferred
  • 10 plus years of progressive human resource experience
  • PHR or SHRM certification



Employment Type: Full-time


Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 based on experience


Hours: Monday through Friday
