Vice President Finance Jobs

We are seeking a VP of Finance with a strong understanding of Treasury to join our high performing, tech enabled accounting department to oversee financial reporting, internal controls, treasury, FP&A, systems & technology, and compliance. This is a very dynamic position that comes with equity towards a transaction and LTI with a bonus up to 30% based on EBITDA.

This role will play a critical role in ensuring all finance and accounting aspects of the business are operating appropriately. This role will be a business partner to the VP of Accounting Services, oversee the work of our Accounting Manager, and report directly to the CFO while working alongside the CEO to own new initiatives that are already earmarked to launch.

The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to be both a player and a coach. Specifically, this role will be responsible for both performing, and supervising, duties across various areas of accounting and finance. This person will be a collaborative leader with a passion for working with a high performing team and enhancing the business through knowledge sharing, technology, and business process enhancement.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Completes external financial reporting requirements of the business (general ledger, monthly financials, quarterly board presentations, annual budget)

• Performs treasury and cash management duties within the department

• Maintains organizational compliance with tax, insurance and other

• Enhances and expands technology capabilities of our ERP, tableau reporting, and rebate software platforms • Formalizes, and enhances, accounting practices to position organization for growth

• Builds the knowledge and skills of our high performing accounting team

• Develop SOPs to ensure the team has consistent policies and procedures

• Creates and enforces internal control policies and procedures

• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of master data across the department (ERP, rebate system, operational reporting)

• Develops tools that the team will use to adequately manage projects with urgent deadlines (rebates, key growth initiatives, other)

• Creates insightful financial analysis for our business development team

• Strategic partner across the organization: Business partner to the VP of Accounting Services, who oversees all centralized accounting services we deliver to dealer and vendor partners. As business partner, the ideal candidate will ensure all HP, payroll, cash collections and rebate efforts are operating properly o Works with the Director of Operations to enhance technology and reporting
