Vice President Customer Operations

We’re looking for an experienced Vice President of Customer Support that will has a proven ability to develop initiatives and drive operational outcomes resulting in strategic transformation through establishment of a support-first ethos. You will also have experience delivering and operating solutions within a cloud environment that manage critical client workloads. Compensation:
California Pay Range: from $207,400 to $449,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Colorado Pay Range: from $195,800 to $404,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
New York City Pay Range: from $195,800 to $427,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Washington Pay Range: from $218,900 to $427,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
