Job Description
A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Develop the strategy for servicing Client Accounts, anticipating mega-trends, complex challenges, and opportunities. Ensure the strategy is successfully implemented and meets long-term business needs.
  • Develop and implement a relationship management plan for strategic, complex, and existing accounts to build key relationships at local, national, and corporate levels. Manage strategic client and customer relationships, typically by deploying account teams to ensure ongoing customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Takes overall responsibility for designing, developing and delivering the Account Management Support function. This includes client and competitor research, database administration, owner pre-qualification updates, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) support and reporting, and supporting tradeshows and special projects as needed.
  • Lead the development of annual and longer-term business plans for Client Accounts, ensuring alignment with strategy; quantify business outcomes (i.e. revenues or other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)) and resource budgets (financial and headcount); and ensure integration of key activities across the organization.
  • Identify and communicate the actions needed to implement the Client Account strategy and business plan within the Sales department; explain the relationship to Blattner's mission, vision and values; motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.
  • Takes overall responsibility for designing, developing, and delivering Blattner's account management strategy. May also personally manage a few relationships with the most strategic customers.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
  • Managerial Experience: Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives within medium to long time frames (Over 10 years to 15 years).
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level. Master's Degree preferred.
  • General Experience: Experience level enables job holder to provide leadership to others regarding work related systems, processes and challenges (More than 15 years).
