Vault Clerk Golden Gaming (Las Vegas, NV) Description:
Responsible for handling paperwork and ensuring accuracy of vault transactions.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Counting and reporting of all bankrolls and drops
• Ensure all required paperwork for balancing of the vault bankroll is complete and accurate
• Counts in all drop currency and ensures all required paperwork for balancing of the vault bankroll is complete and accurate
• Preparation of daily bank deposits
• Ensure that all money handling equipment is operating efficiently
• Ensure the accuracy of check-in /check-out, and issuance of cash bankrolls
• Maintain an accurate account of company funds and account for the check-in and issuance of route banks
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Investigate variances
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Safeguard the assets of the company
• Checks-in and issues route banks
• Wraps all coin

Requirements
Qualifications

• Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations
• Strong computer skills
• At least 21 years of age
• Proven experience providing high level of guest service
• Must have experience with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read, write and speak verbally in English
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Six months of cash handling experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of basic math skills and ability to handle currency and coin
• Verify right to work in the United States
• Ability to work with other department personnel, co-workers and management
• Pleasant personality, team oriented and enjoys working with and assisting people

Physical Requirements

• Continuously standing and working indoors (more than 75% of the time)
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 30 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and/or chest levels
• Constant use of hearing and vision, distinguish between shades of color, and use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
• Frequently bend, reach, twist, squat, kneel, sit, and walk
