PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

• Assists guests with all transactional needs within specified guidelines. Ensures security of Company assets, including cash, chips, and tokens, during the shift.
• Executes the following duties in accordance with Casino credit policies, including but not limited to marker payments & issuance, deposits, withdrawls, and chip bank duties not limited to Fills/Credit to the Pit and in the Cage.
• Balances all appropriate banks within the Cage with supervision at the end of the shift in accordance with departmental variance policy and completes all reports or forms accurately in compliance with Title 31.
• Performs other job-related duties as requested.
• Promote, educate and drive guest enrollment into Rewards program.
• Promote, demonstrates and maintains the highest level of guest service program to all guests, escalates guest complaints to the Casino Cage Shift Supervisor and responds effectively to guest inquiries related to the property and the local area.
• Understands Company AML/Suspicious activity policy and notifies Supervisor of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
• Understands principles of responsible gaming.
• Mastercard program; Issue FREEPLAY, complimentary play coupons and adjust tier credits to guests upon request in accordance with outlined company policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Prior Cage cashier experience.
• One (1) year of bank teller or related work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year of relevant experience.

SKILLS

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
• Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail.
• General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, money handling.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
