Twine Freelancers work quickly and efficiently to produce high-quality results. We are seeking a UX Designer for a Customer Experience Design Agency.

UX/UI Designer will work with the design team to:

• Work closely with Project Manager and the Development team to craft and iterate on project needs and goals
• Map out user flows and information architecture
• Launch your ideas, which means working from kickoff through development and getting sign-off along the way (e.g. final wires and flows, specs, use cases, etc)
• Define problems and opportunities
• Create wireframes, designs and prototypes for mobile, web, and desktop, to include spaces of all shapes and sizes
• Prototype your ideas – whether high or low fidelity using Figma, Adobe Suite, or AdobeXd

Requirements

Desired skills and abilities:

• Deductive reasoning, listening, flexibility, and critical thinking skills and the ability to predict problems before they occur
• You have an epic and varied design portfolio and are happy to discuss the design process when required
• Ability to easily adapt and learn new things, whether it’s a new prototyping tool, design process, or business process
• Some knowledge of CSS/SCSS or Javascript
• An excellent understanding of typography
• Possess strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-starter with excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet challenging deadlines
• Ability to use and participate shaping a design system
• Proficient using various design tools (ex: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or AdobeXD)
• Ability to communicate and work as part of a team, as well as independent
• You have experience managing or leading a project
• Knowledge of agile software development
• You can conduct user interviews and heuristic reviews
