Requirements of the role: ✨

• Building world-class, innovative, and seamless user experiences across multiple products or platforms
• Leading and mentoring UX research, UX design, visual design, information architecture, design systems, and UX copywriting teams
• Conducting user research, identifying user journeys, and defining personas to inform design decisions
• Developing UX design strategy and vision for the company, aligning with cross-functional teams
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design and sharing knowledge with the team and organization
• Collaborating with stakeholders, including customers, product managers, engineers, AI/ML teams, and marketing, to ensure user experience integration throughout the product development process
• Defining and managing the UX design and research plan in alignment with overall product strategy and business objectives

A Typical Week in the Life: 🌈

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand precise requirements and user needs
• Staying proactive, adaptable, and creative in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
• Creating design concepts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize and present ideas
• Establishing and maintaining design systems, patterns, and guidelines for consistency and quality
• Communicating effectively with developers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
• Conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to enhance the user experience
• Building and shipping best-in-class user experiences using various design tools and techniques

We'd be delighted if you have: 😍

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and personalised experiences
• Knowledge of user research and usability testing methodologies
• Additional experience or knowledge in specific domains or industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals) is a plus
• 15+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on designing modern B2B SaaS products
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills, problem-solving abilities, and thought process
• Experience with AI-based products and navigating complex enterprise problems and user journeys
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
