What: UX Research Operations Specialist / Research Coordinator

Where: 100% Remote

Term: 6-12 month CTH

We are looking for someone who will help us execute and further implement the tools and processes we use to intake and prioritize research requests, recruit research participants, collect and organize data, evangelize research, and more. This role requires multi-tasking, effective time management, proactive collaboration with multiple teams across many functions, and executing plans for creative solutions to challenging problems.

Our user experience research team is an international team, so we’re looking for someone who can help bring us together while keeping in mind scalable solutions that will help us continue to grow. As a User Research Coordinator, you will support the team throughout the research lifecycle from scheduling, to supporting recruiting efforts, to streamlining research operations and team communications.

Responsibilities:

• Research Lab Coordination
• Tool Management
• Continue building a more efficient process and tools to streamline research coordination
• Proactively explore different approaches or ways we can improve operational efficiency and propose solutions for these problem
• Greet and host research participants on site
• Assist in the ongoing recruitment and enrollment of participants to help grow our participant database
• Coordinate logistics and collect required information for each research study and ensuring NDA is signed by each participant
• Recruiting Support
• Help to manage our recruitment databases of research participants records Screen candidates for availability, interest level, and appropriate qualifications using online questionnaire responses and phone interviews
• Research Project and Program Coordination
• Deliver on all phases of research participant recruitment: Collaborate with researchers, designers, PMs, and other stakeholders to align on objectives and timelines; source, invite, screen and schedule research participants for research sessions; monitor active projects to ensure things run smoothly; close out and document research operations work consistently.
• Maintain and prepare research lab for research studies
• Vendor Management
• Identify gaps, document processes, explore requests
• For all internal research requests, assisting team in tracking the pipeline of requests, updating the team and our partners undecided priorities, and grooming the backlog
• Manage participant communications (sending out invitations, confirmations, reminders) and scheduling of research sessions
• Maintain the equipment used in the research lab and be the team’s expert in this area
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Design, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Facilities, IT, and other internal teams across the globe to get things done
