As a UX Researcher, you will play a vital role in ensuring that products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our target audience. You will primarily focus on conducting user research, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to apply your design skills to create compelling user interfaces and interactive prototypes.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, conduct, and moderate user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and ethnographic research.
  • Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces based on research findings and user feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to ensure user-centered design principles are implemented.
  • Create personas, user journeys, and other research artifacts to communicate user insights and drive empathy within the organization.
  • Analyze research findings and generate actionable insights to inform design decisions and product enhancements.
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Apply visual design principles to create aesthetically pleasing and engaging user interfaces.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Psychology, User Experience, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Solid knowledge of design thinking principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of various research methodologies and their application in different stages of the product development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present research findings and design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in conducting user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the tech industry or related field.
  • Experience with remote research methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
