Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring that our platform provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our Merchants, Creators and our community We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. Responsibilities
- Responsible for US e-commerce business strategy, involved in business development and key metrics analysis
- Conduct industry research, including but not limited to merchants or product governance, user experience improvement, logistics support and other fields, refining and summarizing industry best practices and providing specific implementation solutions and recommendations
- Use analytics tools to produce critical business insights, to ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help the team build strategic partnerships and drive initiatives forward
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience related to e-commerce
- Experience in management consulting or business strategy will be a plus
- Ability to conduct in-depth research and analytics projects independently
- Outstanding framework and logic, sensitive to data, good communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-pace work environment
- SQL-related experience will be a plus

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $82000 - $195300 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
