Svp, Planning & Advice Services Strategy & Analytics

The Senior Vice President of Planning & Advice Services Strategy & Analytics will play a key role shaping and operationalizing the strategy for accelerating the growth of Planning & Advice Services, including aligning and prioritizing strategic efforts to enhance our customer experience and deliver value to our clients. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can leverage their deep experience to collaborate as part of a cross-functional team, including delivery, product, sales and finance stakeholders, on behalf of our clients. The SVP will help align our services design process and portfolio delivery to our strategy and ensure that our decisions are delivering value to the evolving needs our clients in an ever-evolving market.

What will you do?

• Coordinate with product innovation and delivery teams to monitor the delivery portfolio to ensure that initiatives deliver value to clients in line with strategic plan and priorities
• Partner cross-functionally to evaluate new ideas to ensure strategic fit, return on investment, and delivery of client value
• Operationalize Planning & Advice Services’ strategy into a multi-year strategic plan and establish a common framework for evaluating, prioritizing and measuring delivery initiatives
• Develop analytics and insights to drive business decisions and accelerate growth, including leading the team responsible for tracking key performance indicators, identifying opportunities/trends, and delivering reporting and insights for leaders at all levels
• Collaborate with Planning & Advice Services leadership to help launch new services and test-and-learn pilots to accelerate value
• Serve as a key contributor in improving how critical thinking and business health updates are presented to senior leadership and key stakeholders across LPL
• Partner with Product Management to translate the strategy into roadmaps and initiatives

What skills and experiences are advantageous?

• Desire to be part of an entrepreneurial team; ability to succeed within a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work comfortably with incomplete or changing information
• Reliable self-starter, with a collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across the organization
• Fluency with data mining, manipulation, and modern analytics tools
• Client-centric and passionate about identifying opportunities to continually improve underlying processes and resulting business outcomes
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in Strategic Planning and/or Management Consulting; Financial Services and/or Wealth Management industry experience is a plus
• Strong strategy and business acumen, with insight to determine applicability of big picture strategic analysis
• Superior presentation skills including the ability to build a story narrative and make complex topics easy to understand

Pay Range:

$181,520-$272,280/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
