Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic team player to be part of a well-known and respected technology organization that works with leading global companies to attract the next generation of young women, specifically STEM-Focused university women to consider a career in the semiconductor industry.We identify top engineering universities and develop programs for their students to learn more about a career in semiconductors.
This coordinator position will be responsible for the communications and coordination with the university along with creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs to attract students.The role will also require creating follow on and follow up programs with universities and a way to measure our success with students.
The coordinator will work internally with the events, marketing and website team providing them content and coordination to successfully implement the event.
The position will also work externally with speakers and company representatives. We are looking for candidates with a passion for DEI.
Responsibilities
·Assisting in planning, implementing, and conducting university events
·Scheduling and logistical work on promotional events
·Create methods for monitoring success
·Creating content
Skills & Characteristics
·Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator
·Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
·Experience with research methods using data analytics software
·Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
·Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords
·Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
·Excellent communication and presentation skills
·BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
·Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
·You must also have the ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment.
·Extremely organized
·Proficient multitasker
·Strong work ethic
·High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities
·Professional demeanor within and outside office while conducting company business
·Adobe suite of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro
·Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
·WordPress
