About the Opportunity: - We are currently looking to hire a coordinator with a strong motivation to learn and join one of the elite universities located in Boston, MA

• This is a perfect environment for someone who has a strong work ethic and values building strong relationships with co-workers. - This position will provide a foot in the door to marketing through support work including data entry, correspondence, calendar management and other general support duties

University Coordinator Responsibilities

• Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets
• Assembles consumer rating reports
• Updates competitor database by inputting data from field sales
• Supports operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting information and materials

University Coordinator Qualifications

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
• 1-2 years of office support experience
