About The Opportunity


  • This exciting opportunity as an Office Assistant is for a pioneer company in the healthcare industry in Boston, MA
  • They led in the industry by rising to the challenges that change brings, enabling new discoveries and continuing to evolve
  • This position would be responsible for providing general office support in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting


Office Assistant Responsibilities


  • Answer all questions from members and clients regarding services offered
  • Answering all incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
  • Provide exemplary service to clients and customers both in-person and over the phone
  • Filing, scanning, and faxing documents


Office Assistant Qualifications


  • Previous customer service experience in an office setting is required
  • Strong interpersonal communication, grammar and spelling skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
