Health Equity Consultant ($50 per hour)

In this position, you will be working for one of the largest licensed nonprofit private health insurance company. They are looking for a Health Equity Consultant to be part of their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Help prioritize efforts to implement scalable plans to address health inequities
• Apply standard project management methodologies, processes, and tools to drive initiatives and projects further down the lifecycle
• Recognize and use "lessons learned" to assist attempts towards continual improvement
• Promote a vision of health equity through the implementation of key initiatives

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in public health, policy, heath care, or other related field is preferred
• 3 – 5 years professional business experience focusing on project management skills is required
• Community and/or Health Equity experience is a plus
• Solid understanding of the health care industry, products, systems, and regulatory environment
