The Role at a Glance
As the Treasury Manager, you will manage a team and processes for your assigned Treasury area(s) of responsibility. You will manage standard and more complex treasury activities to support daily cash positioning, cash reporting and forecasting, liquidity management and operations while complying with controls and regulations. #LI-REMOTE
What you'll be doing
  • Monitors compliance with regulatory requirements, internal/external controls, and SOX procedures; alerts management of any potential non-compliances.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal/external business partners.
  • Manages treasury reporting and analysis to support management decision-making, including insights to support key partners.
  • Lead monitoring of cash cycles and preparation and associated reporting of short and long-term cash forecasts.
  • Carries out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines. Complies with all company and site policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates responses to internal/external audit requests and ensures issues are resolved in a collaborative manner.
  • Conducts quality assurance checks/audits on treasury transactions.
  • Drive process improvement efforts related to reporting and analysis, the treasury management system and other key focus areas.
  • Manages standard and more complex treasury activities for their area(s) of responsibility to support cash across the organization, liquidity management, operations and/or statutory requirements.
  • Identifies issues/concerns and recommends improvements to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Lead or participate in departmental or enterprise-wide projects as required
  • Acts as a resource for team regarding more complex treasury trends/issues and maintains current knowledge of treasury standards.
What we’re looking for
  • 5+ Years of experience in Treasury and/or Finance that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position, including 2+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment; Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure workloads are appropriately balanced among team members.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrates ability to successfully hire, retain, develop, and coach staff via a culture of real-time performance feedback, with ability to build both technical and leadership skills.
  • Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrates ability to identify and recommend process improvements.
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range: $65,700 - $118,300

Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
