Travel Club Operations Manager (Travel Club)

The Travel Club Operations Manager is responsible for the administrative component of Soccer Stars United Travel; the competitive club program from Soccer Stars. The Travel Club Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration of our Club Soccer Program in the NY-Metro territory. This candidate will provide exemplary levels of operational and administrative oversight and communication across the 25+ travel teams in the NY-Metro region. The Travel Club Operations Manager will report to the Vice President of Soccer Stars United. Essential duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Manage player registration using the GotSoccer Platform
• Act as club registrar overseeing league system data entry
• Gameday & field coordination
• Liaise with club/opposition representatives
• Provide general administrative support
• Conduct parent interface including phone, email correspondence
• Provide timely team platform (LeagueApps) updates including

Requirements

• Personable, customer service-oriented
• Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role.
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Experience in competitive or recreational sports program management or administration is plus
• Proficiency in Google G-Suite
• Passion for Youth Soccer and the club soccer environment
