About The Job


The Transformation Director (TD) will lead and oversee the transversal change management and organizational development transformation and transversal initiatives for Nutricia North America (NNA). A key enabler of our strategic plan, these changes require a high degree of focus and change management across the organization. The TD will work closely with business leaders to develop the design and implementation of the various transformations. This role will utilize change management principles, processes and tools to drive these initiatives and enact behavioral changes, strategy changes, stakeholder assessment impacts and organizational readiness, recommending and/or implementing appropriate communication, training and behavioral change solutions, and measuring effectiveness to enhance the organization and group performance. The TD directs and manages the coordination of BU-wide talent succession planning, key talent/high-potential development, learning and performance management to achieve business goals. This role will also support the development & deployment of our HR Strategy & Transformation Roadmap tied to our overall NNA People and Organization Plan. This role can be Hybrid or Remote.


About You


  • You have demonstrated program management and direct/indirect people management and leadership experience
  • You have the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • You have strong project management and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • You have the ability to form and maintain objectivity, as well as provide and receive constructive feedback
  • You have the ability to build strong relationships as a trusted partner and work with senior leadership teams
  • You have 2+ years program budgetary management and oversight experience
  • You have excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and ability to engage and inspire
  • You have the ability and willingness to operate at strategic and operational level
  • You have a high tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and on-going change. Able to work in a complex, matrix environment
  • You have superior experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • You have a proven track record of taking an initiative from conception through planning and successful execution
  • You possess an inclusive attitude and are a team player while able to foster same within the business
  • You have 3+ years of experience in Talent Management and Development field, including program planning, development, delivery, and evaluation
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field. MBA or Masters in IO/Psychology preferred
  • You are an innovative thinker and change agent, fostering continuous learning
  • You possess strong influencing skills at all levels of the organization
  • You have a strong understanding of change management and the people and communication skills to support change and serve as both internal and external change agent
  • You possess intellectual curiosity and courage to challenge status quo
  • You have a minimum 8+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, OD/Change Management, Consulting and supporting diverse client groups; with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience leading organizational development and transformation initiatives
  • You have practical working knowledge and proven experience on organization design and change
  • You have strong business acumen


The base compensation range for this position is $145k-$188k commensurate with experience.
