POSITION TITLE: Digital Training Production Specialist – Learning and Development

POSITION LOCATION: Rochester, NY

DURATION: 12 MONTHS CONTRACT TO BEGIN WITH

***This position is responsible for producing video training sessions in client's customer training studio in Rochester, NY*****

Position Summary

As Company continues to grow, we are seeking a Digital Production Specialist to work in our Global Learning and Development team.The Digital Production Specialist will provide digital media and assist with production support for the Global Learning & Development organisation. This may also include the development of multimedia (photography, video, and animation) for instructional initiatives, management of video production systems, and administration of streaming video servers.

Major duties and responsibilities:

• Development of digital assets, photography, video, drawings and animation.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
• Use digital capture materials like video and still cameras to create learning assets.
• Lead projects to prepare for virtual classes.
• Direct livestream Virtual Instructor-Led Training (webinars) through a streaming platform like Webex or Webex Training.
• Serve as producer for new hire, certification, and continuing education programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of experience in live video production.
• Associates Degree in Graphic Design, Broadcast, Film/Video Production, and Visual Communications or related field (or equivalent experience.)
• 2 + years experience developing digital media using multi-camera shots.
• 1+ years of field producing and script writing experience preferred.
• 1+ years experience with at least one of the following: multimedia technology, A/V editing, and/or programming, streaming services.
• 2+ years of experience with encoding and compression, motion graphics, understanding video codecs, color correcting, and audio recording.
