Responsibilities:
Onboarding Support: As the Client Success & Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creating accounts on our platform during the onboarding process for new clients. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth and efficient timeline to help clients achieve success.
Promotion Management: You will be responsible for adding promotions from brands or broker spreadsheets of promo submission forms. Additionally, you will handle internal promo plans and calendars, making sure all promotions are accurately represented on the platform.
Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills are essential for this role. You will utilize Excel to manage administrative support tasks, efficiently handling the brand's requirements and assisting our relationship managers in delivering world-class service to our clients.
Collaborative Client Support: Working closely with clients and relationship managers, you will play a vital role in maintaining their promotional plan and account on our platform. Your ability to effectively listen and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders will be crucial for this aspect of the role.
Deduction Knowledge: While not mandatory, knowledge of deductions will be considered a plus. Your familiarity with deductions will contribute to a comprehensive understanding of client needs and potential areas for improvement.
Project Management: Strong project management skills are required to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.
Organization and Communication: Your exceptional organizational skills will ensure that all client-related documentation, data, and information are well-maintained and easily accessible. Additionally, your strong written and verbal communication skills will be valuable when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting.
- CPG Experience is a must (3-5 years) working with a broker or brand.
- Proven experience in client support, account management, or a similar role.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining high productivity, output, and quality with only light to moderate guidance.
- Familiarity with deductions (a plus).
- Previous experience as a CPG sales rep support coordinator will be advantageous.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
