As a Tour and Activities Consultant, you will be responsible for scheduling Tours and Activities for clients, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining relationships with clients. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.

We provide you with all the training you need to specialize in this industry and obtain your certification. You will have flexible hours and the ability to work from anywhere with an internet connection.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Manage and maintain social media accounts, as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends and industry news
• Book Tours and Activities for clients on various cruise excursions, both river and ocean cruises, Clients traveling abroad, traveling within the us and more.

Requirements:

• Experience in travel planning is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
