3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Manage tour inventory (such as accommodations) while ensuring counter-party contracts are met

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Book tours, accommodations, transportation and other services for our group trips

Interact with clients and providing excellent customer support

Identify new ways to improve processes and overall client enjoyment on the tours

Extremely well organized with a meticulously attention to detail

Knowledge of area attractions and directions.

Knowledge of all NPS and Zion Lodge services, programs, locations, hours of operation, and ability to convey information to the guests.

Prior public speaking experience recommended.

Assist in the development of program budgets and management of those budgets to achieve client needs and remain on targeted budget

Manage the creative and production briefing process

Share knowledge and expertise from personal travel experiences

Booking transportation and hotel accommodations

Research fare and schedule information.

Describe trips to clients and give details on any documents required, such as passports or visas.

Make alternative arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.

Bachelor's degree in tournament desk management, hospitality, event management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Plan, organize, manage, communicate and execute all aspects of APP events, such as registration management and tournament desk operations

Develop and manage desk operations and registration management budgets, monitor expenses, and seek cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tournaments simultaneously

Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in planning, execution, and budget management

Proficient in tournament management software and project management tools

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Creativity to find solutions and anticipate guests' needs to enhance their tour experience

Capacity to manage conflict resolution and make decisions through a delicate balance of integrity and partner resourcing

Knowledge of The Walt Disney Company and the Studio Lot

This is a seasonal role and the number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs*

Conduct guided walking tours throughout The Walt Disney Studios

Manage and maintain social media accounts, as needed

- Support the tour program with scheduling, tour booking management, and tour inquiries.

- Welcome guests with hospitality, energy and enthusiasm, cultivating the ultimate visitor experience.

- Manage tour group itineraries (large and small) with confidentiality and discretion.

- Interact with managers of different departments and cultivate partnerships with other team members to achieve tour program goals.

- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid experience working with Microsoft Windows and Office which includes word, outlook, processing, spreadsheets and database programs.

Support and offer contributions to management regarding strategy and initiatives.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Politely welcome all arriving visitors and manage queuing until their tour host arrives to begin the experience.

Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the management team.

Must have experience and skills in programs such as Microsoft, PowerPoint, and Excel.
