Job Description
Consumer Safety Technology (CST) and our family of brands have helped millions of individuals to live and drive responsibly. We provide products and services to consumers and program monitoring authorities to effectively deter impaired driving and support individuals as they navigate the license restoration process. We are the largest provider of IIDs in the United States and the only company working to assist individuals in successfully navigating the often daunting DUI process.

Job Summary
As an Intoxalock Test Engineer, you will develop and execute product verification and validation plans that keep impaired drivers off the road and enable drivers to get responsibly back behind the wheel. As part of a high-performing technical team, your work will be a critical part of innovative new product development and regulatory compliance certification.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Test Engineer is responsible for planning, defining, coordinating, executing, analysis, and reporting for a product or system.
2. Design, develop, and maintain automated test regression solutions for use in product development, and operations.
3. Verify and validate that changes meet safety, compliance and quality expectations of business requirements.
4. Solve complex electromechanical and software system issues by investigating to root cause.
5. Lead and coordinate in a team environment and provide input to testing and design solutions
6. Work independently under high pressure and comfortable working in dynamic environment.
7. Design and build electrical, mechanical, and tool manufacturing for operations test.
8. Identify strategies and implement solutions for electronic instrumentation, automation and data collection tools.
9. Effectively communicate with cross functional teams and personal of other disciplines.
10. All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. BS degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent required.
2. 3+ years of product development engineering experience with electronics manufacturing.
3. 4+ years in a team environment
4. Technical expertise relating to design/diagnostics of automotive, aeronautical or marine, mechanical and electrical systems desired
5. Understanding of product development lifecycle processes
6. MS degree in Engineering/Technology desired
7. Ability to travel to manufacturing and test sites

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000 + Annual Bonus Incentive
