Conventional hydrogen production from fossil fuels is accompanied by the release of large quantities of carbon dioxide. Our innovative technologies take renewable energy and water to produce green hydrogen with zero emission. We aspire to improve the efficiency, reduce the cost, and scale the manufacturing to meet booming green hydrogen market.

We are therefore seeking talented and highly motivated Electrolyzer Test Engineer to join our newly launched H2 Center of Excellence (COE) near Boston, MA. We will work together to create groundbreaking solutions to transform our technologies for low-cost green H2 production.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and building in-house electrolyzer test stands working closely with other scientists and engineers
• Rigorously implement safety measures pertaining to H2 production, storage and application (e.g., the installation of H2 alarms)
• Ability to interact with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Aid in procurement of commercial test stands to ensure their delivery, operations, and functionalities
• Troubleshoot test stand failure and come up with effective repair strategies.
• Interface with electrolyzer developers for electrochemical data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in test engineering (of an electrochemical sell a major plus)
• Must be an innovator with bottom-up ideas
• Hands-on experience in test stand design and cell testing
• Proficiency in programming like Labview is a plus
• Must be a fast learner and proactive performer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• BS or MS in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or other engineering field
