Job Description

TERRITORY MANAGER PACIFIC WEST COAST & WEST REGIONS, USA


GOAL:

Managing the wholesale business expansion of a luxury bridal fashion brand within the assigned territory, Pacific West Coast & West Regions of US.


States covered: Pacific West (California, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Hawaii) West (Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming)

*States covered subject to change upon Company needs


MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Prospecting new and qualified accounts
  • Alignment with other team members and departments to optimize workload
  • Tracking all sales activities in company CRM system, provide regular updates for each account
  • Share and implement with the accounts brand digital media strategy
  • Expansion and consolidation of current distribution network for our different divisions
  • Visit, service and secure existing accounts with regular support and corporate merchandise
  • Assist and monitor trunk shows events
  • Establish and maintain long term relationships with existing and potential accounts within the territory
  • Monitor the bridal marketplace on pricing, products, consumer trends, client needs
  • Weekly reporting of sales, agendas, and market visit reports
  • Meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas, budgets
  • Creating, planning, and delivering presentations on company products


GROSS SALARY:internal contract + variable compensation + Business travel expenses covered


LOCATION:Residence in the business region


ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:

-Bachelor ́s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.

-Educational background in fashion.

-Knowledge of luxury industry.


PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

-proven sales and marketing experience in wholesale (multi-brands) and retail environment in competitive markets

-proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas, budgets

-proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

-digital/social media knowledge (current market apps)


SKILLS

  • Business-oriented, used to working according goals
  • Excellent and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Commitment, transparency and loyalty with the company, team, and accounts
  • Foreign Languages: spanish is suitable
  • Able to work on your own initiative and as a part of an international team, disciplined and organized. Good time management
  • Passion for selling resilience and persistence
  • Adaptability to changes, used to working under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of self-motivation
  • Travel estimation 70% within the assigned territory
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM
