The Territory Manager II is the front-line seller who drives sales, while identifying and generating opportunities for the assigned Territory business. You will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminar, and similar events. You will provide education of Honeywell Managed Services through technical presentations. You will maintain and provide reports and opportunity status using Salesforce. You will be responsible to provide weekly forecasting into the business across your opportunities and accounts.
The ideal candidate for this position resides in the Greater New England Territory (CT, MA ME, NH, RI and VT) – No Relocation Provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn about Honeywell Managed Service & Solutions
- Visit Customers, attend trade shows, seminars, events - Up to 50% Travel
- Hunt for new customers within your assigned territory
- Drive quarterly and monthly business reviews with clients or partners
- Customer reporting
- Manage existing named accounts within your territory
- Deliver sales AOP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in the sales field
- Minimum 2 years in B2B technology or Selling Managed Services to Large Enterprise
WE VALUE:
- Deep technical expertise in HVAC systems and building controls
- Awareness of Challenger Sales Methodology
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices
- Experience in selling software technology products
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, General Business, or relevant field of study
