Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales of face masks. This role primarily involves remote work, but occasional travel to our office in Vacaville, CA is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in selling respirators (facemasks) outside of a hospital setting, or experience in light/heavy industrial or construction sales. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote and sell face masks to various industries, with a focus on light/heavy industrial and construction sectors.

● Identify and target potential customers, conduct market research, and generate leads to expand the customer base.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.

● Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.

● Provide technical information, and address customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

● Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.


Requirements:

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably with PPE

● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

● Experience in selling to light/ heavy industrial and construction sectors is highly desirable.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.

● Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.

● Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.

● Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.

● Flexibility to travel occasionally to the office in Vacaville, CA as needed.
