The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.

Responsibilities:

• Set up work stream meetings, provide support with minutes taking and distribution, and general rhythm of business communications.
• Support the execution of deliverables, including presentation and document revisions and updates against guidelines, masters and prior versions.
• Collaborate with product management and business leadership to memorialize decisions around features, functional requirements, and other considerations.
• Provide end-to-end project and deadline management.
• Support the execution and operational tasks associated with all work streams towards product readiness and their deliverables.
• Support management of work stream artifacts, trackers and theirs updates.

Required Qualifications:

• Track record of navigating ambiguity with a commitment towards action. Proven experience in working successfully across functions and organizations, with ability to navigate roadblocks and challenges, and knowing how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.
• BA/BS degree with strong academic background.
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment with rapidly changing requirements.
• Exceptional partnership and excellent communication (written and verbal), including communicating findings in a clear and concise way and with exceptional orientation to detail.
• 5+ years in supporting product planning and product management in technology sectors.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $69.04 - $76.71 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
