Role Overview:
As a Program Manager/Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the delivery of our products. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including product team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Your primary responsibilities will include managing cross-team dependencies, communicating with stakeholders, contributing to release readiness, participating in product prioritization, and supporting product marketing initiatives.
Experience of Unity 3D, Hololense or similar projects is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product development and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
- Define and manage program plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resources, to drive successful product launches and enhancements.
- Collaborate with product team members to identify and resolve dependencies across teams. Coordinate and align efforts to ensure smooth execution of product development projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful program execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare release notes and product documentation for new features and enhancements. Assist in creating and delivering training materials to cross-functional team members for release readiness.
- Establish and implement auditing processes to ensure compliance with product management standards and guidelines.
- Ensure that all relevant documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
- Participate in product prioritization meetings to help determine the product roadmap and feature prioritization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Product Manager in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies, project management frameworks, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex programs/products on time and within budget. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) is preferred.
- Familiarity with product management frameworks and practices (e.g., Scrum, Lean, MVP) is a plus.
