We are currently seeking a highly driven Technical Training Advisor to support the Learning & Development (L&D) team within Customer Success. Performance Objectives


  • Lead virtual and in-person technical training courses with our customers and internal teams, as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned by program leadership.
  • Platform Expertise: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Enverus solutions including technical specifications, functionalities, and updates.
  • Content: Responsible for developing and maintaining content for certification and education courses, including written materials, multimedia assets, and exams, as needed. This involves ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and relevance of the content to meet the learning objectives of the courses.
  • Customer Success Collaboration: Work with the Customer Success team to resolve any platform-related issues faced by customers and assist with onboarding new customers.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to technically assist in Learning & Development demos for prospective clients.
  • Work with cross functional business units to create promotional and awareness materials to drive the growth and adoption of L&D across all customers.
  • Strategic Planning: Aid in developing and implementing plans to improve learning and adoption.
  • Feedback Collection and Implementation: Act as a conduit for feedback between users (both internal and external) and the platform development team, prioritizing necessary changes and tracking improvements over time.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to coordinate and define material creation, provide guidance on content design, and ensure that all platform-related educational content is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the needs of both internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Works with LMS administrator to assist in reporting around program data and statistics to program leadership and assists in creating presentations on course data to senior Enverus leadership.


Competitive Candidate Profile
  • Adds value for customers by building relationships and trust through customer interactions and manages customer situations
  • Experience in data reporting and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Maintaining a helpful attitude; Able to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Training experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of upstream oil and gas industry required
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines;
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Ability to travel up to 15-20% when needed
  • 2+ years in related field
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment without requiring immediate supervision
  • Experience with LMS software and Salesforce is preferred
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Geology, Engineering, Petroleum, Analysis, or other related technical field)
  • Knowledge of Enverus products preferred
  • Works well in groups and with direct customers; looks for ways to improve and promote quality
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
