Description:

Come join a team of IT professionals in the Retail industry!


Swoon is actively seeking a Technical support Professional to join the team with our client! You'll work closely with other Technical Support professionals on Break/fix issues and imaging of laptops!


What will your day-to-day look like?

  • You will be working with break/fix issues and support
  • Troubleshooting password issues, Keeping up inventory, etc.
  • Routing and switching cisco devices
  • Working with PC's, Laptops, Printers, email, etc

What's required?

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams
  • 2+ years' experience with break/fix issues, Email, password, etc
  • Troubleshooting password issues, Keeping up inventory, etc.

  • On-site
  • 12+ month contract to hire
  • Competitive Pay - $15-25/hr
