They believe that for their clients to be successful in their market, order fulfilment and logistics need to adapt with technology to ensure customer satisfaction with their goal being to streamline warehouse operations by utilising their robotic logistics solution, supported their state-of-the-art cloud software.

Role Summary 💼

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be working closely with customers to identify the root cause of issues and provide effective solutions, managing 1st to 3rd line escalation processes and ensuring that complex issues are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities🔑

• Directly engaging with customers to provide status updates, gather information and ensuring customers are happy with the support process.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives, sharing insights and knowledge gained from solving complex issues.
• Providing onsite technical support to the company’s USA customers and distributors.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Managing escalation processes, ensuring that complex issues are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Having an in-depth understanding of the troubleshooting processes, effectively diagnosing, and resolving complex issues.
• Working closely with customers to identify the root cause of issues and providing effective solutions.

Experience required 🧠

• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Experience developing high-performance, low-latency systems.
• Experience with RDBS and SQL.
• Significant experience with AWS or other clouds.
• Experience with high-volume data management.
• 1+ years of experience developing server-side systems Design skills, including API design and data modelling.
• In depth experience with server-side Java.
• Experience with continuous integration methodology.
• Experience with communications protocols (like TCP, HTTP).
