Job Description

One of the Midwest's most sought after employers is in current need of a highly-motivated Technical Support Engineer to join their team and assist with some major initiatives and projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand upon their current technical support by working in an enterprise level environment. This is a direct hire, full time, first shift opportunity.

The right individual needs to be comfortable working in a hybrid setting in Brooklyn Park, MN.


· A minimum of 1 year of previous technical support experience required, including time spent working with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange/O365, desktop support, in addition to other related tasks/systems.

· A minimum of 1 year of previous technical support experience with MAC products.

· Previous experience with SCCM and Casper strongly desired.

· Strong preference given to someone who has experience building hardware/machines and completing large system updates.

· Team Player. The individual in this role needs to be able to jump in and assist the team in different areas as needed.

· Excellent Communicator. Execute quickly and provide necessary communication to the team, both written and verbal.
