Bolt System is a web based transportation management system company based in Nashville, TN. Since 2001 we have supported asset based shippers and trucking companies, helping them operate more efficiently. Work location: The position will be predominantly remote but will require occasional travel.
What does a day look like in my role?
As theTechnical Support Specialist, you will focus your efforts on resolving Bolt System customer support needs and share primary responsibility for our client's success through technical knowledge, Bolt System product expertise, and excellent customer service skills.

This is what you need to know: As aTechnical Support Specialistat Bolt System, you’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying support tickets requiring escalation to the Development Team and remain involved to assure the quality of communication with the customers is of high caliber and consistent.
- Assisting with Bolt System software integrations for current customers.
- Work closely with the other members of the Customer Success Team to build and maintain HubSpot workflows and reports to help improve efficiency and visibility to capacity and performance.
- Contribute to Bolt System knowledge management by identifying and/or creating knowledge base articles.
- Resolving customer tickets and providing product retraining as needed.
- Oversee customer implementations and projects.
- Suggest and create documentation that would help both internal staff and our clients.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid software and technical skills, with an emphasis on SaaS applications.
- Ability to dissect and understand customers’ needs and help guide them towards a viable solution.
- Experience with TMS (Transportation Management System) and with ELD (Electronic Logging Device)
- Previous experience supporting internal and external customers.
- An Associate’s Degree and two years of related experience OR 3+ years of related experience.
- Experience in the trucking industry.
