Contract Position

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on creative strategies to attract and engage talented and diverse passive candidates.
• Source talented and diverse prospects through innovative sourcing techniques; identifying top talent to fill critical positions by utilizing online database searches, internal databases, networking, referrals, and research.
• Partner closely with our Lead and Recruiting team to understand job requirements and fine tune outreach methods.
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
• Build a pipeline of top candidates from a variety of sources (E-mail, Specialized Job Boards, etc.)

Qualifications

• Applicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation which may include education, criminal and work history verifications.
• At least 1 year of technical sourcing experience (agency or internal) using Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other search techniques
• A track record of filling manufacturing, technical, and professional roles quickly with highly qualified candidates

• Proven organizational skills, attention to detail and able to prioritize in an environment with many competing demands
• Experience working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Boolean search strings.
• 1 + year of relevant work experience.
