Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior to Mid-Level Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for recruitment and an interest in the technology industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and industry-specific websites
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for our organization

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools

Process Improvement and Compliance:

  • Stay updated on recruitment best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the recruitment function and propose innovative strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Job Requirements:

  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, preferably in the technology, Accounting, and Finance industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and technologies, including software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, or related areas
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
