What you'll do:
We're looking for business analyst professionals with mid to expert-level skills in technical business
operations and/or project management. As a business analyst you will support maintenance of data,
records and tracking of data related to various Engineering operational processes in addition to other
work as assigned, you will work closely with a passionate team of Engineering Leadership, Technical
Product Managers and Program Management professionals to improve the processes that support the
development of high-quality safety-critical software for self-driving vehicles.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Torc product and teams.
- Support intake queues, create tracking data, reconcile records.
- Develop relationships with colleagues in other departments and regional offices to obtain knowledge and leverage it to achieve project goals.
- Participate in weekly team meetings.
- Formulate and deliver responses to inquiries as needed.
- Assist and/or manage business operations processes for the entire Engineering organization.
What you'll need to Succeed:
- Ability to learn through on-the-job experience, training courses, and self-directed research.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2+ years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics into succinct messages.
- Ability to effectively work within and lead cross-functional teams with geographically dispersed team members throughout the globe.
- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Highly organized and deadline oriented as well as thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with databases and/or management systems.

- Technology background with proven ability to quickly understand complex technology subjects.
- Ability to communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage internal stakeholders.
- Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Highly customer-focused, business-oriented, and objective-driven.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Detailed-oriented with a natural curiosity and confidence to ask questions.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects.
