Your job opportunity:


As a Tech Support Lead, you will be responsible for building a team of technical support specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently. You will provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to your team while ensuring that service level agreements are met. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex technical problems, coordinating with other departments, and continuously improving support processes.


You will:


  • Analyze customer support metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Build a team of engineers to ensure the timely resolution of customer support issues
  • Manage customer escalations to ensure they are resolved in a timely and effective manner
  • Train new team members on company policies, products, and procedures
  • Develop and implement support policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of the team
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and marketing, to provide the best support possible


You have:


  • Knowledge of electric vehicle charging systems and technology a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with customer support software and tools
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support position, with at least 2 years in a management role
