POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for preparing and filing state and federal income returns for the company and ensuring that all tax-related filings are compliant with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and file State Income Tax standalone and combined filings
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual provision
• Prepare responses to notices and audits
• Prepare and file Federal Income Tax returns
• Assist with the preparation of annual E&P group calculation
• Prepare and file State and Federal quarterly estimates

EXPERIENCE & KSA's REQUIRED:

• Strong tax technology skills (Power BI, Alteryx, or other automation skills a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Excel (X-Lookups, Index-Match, SUMIF)
• Ability to Balance Multiple priorities and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of OneSource and CCH products preferred
• Strong analytical, technical and research skills
• Minimum 2 years of income tax experience

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

SALARY: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, depending on experience
