Production Associate Jobs

Our client, a women’s and men’s brand and manufacturer, is seeking a Production Associate. This is an in-office, high energy learning environment. The Mid-Senior Level role requires 5 days a week in NYC and offers excellent full company benefits. The salary range for this role is 55-60k.
Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain styles and costing in PLM
• Create and maintain Purchase Orders in RLM
• Follow up on shipments and update shipments in RLM
• Review factory cost sheets and approve in consultation with Manager
• Monitor and maintain WIP (Work in Progress) report on the on-going styles daily
• Attend Production-related meetings
• Receive and send packages
• Daily communication with overseas mills and trim suppliers
• Daily communication with overseas agents, vendors, and factories
• Daily communication and collaboration with internal teams and departments
• Work closely and collaboratively with and report to Production Manager
• Follow up with factories on all type of samples from Proto to TOP samples

Qualifications:

• Experience project managing
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum 4 years related experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficient in MS Office
• SAP and PLM experience a plus
• Working knowledge of the Production process from development through finished goods
• Bachelor’s degree / classes in Production, Supply chain, Sourcing, or Development a plus
