We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional employees. In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees. To thrive as a Talent Acquisition Manager, you should have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. Your ability to identify talented individuals and support their career growth within our organization is paramount. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding will contribute to our success in attracting the best candidates for our company. Responsibilities
  • Perform sourcing and full life cycle recruiting efforts to fill executive open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Manage a team of recruiters
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events
  • Ensure recruiting team actively supports the Growth team with proposal support by developing staffing requirements, selecting and recruiting proposed personnel, and obtaining salary survey/research support
  • Lead employment branding initiatives
  • Supervise recruiting personnel
  • Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
Qualifications
  • A leader and strategic thinker
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Experience working in the government contracting space
  • Well-organized
  • BS/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
  • Well-versed recruiting in the cleared space up to and including (ts, ts/sci)
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Excellent communicator
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
