Job Description
JOB TITLE: Recruiting Coordinator


DEPARTMENT: Human Resources


JOB STATUS: Exempt


SALARY RANGE: $58,000-$65,000/year


LOCATION: Bismarck, ND - Fargo, ND - Minot, ND - Sioux Falls, SD (Position can be remote, but located in the following locations)


REPORTS TO: Recruiting Manager


DIRECT REPORTS: None


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys working with people in a collaborative environment and embodies the core values that we follow, to achieve universal prosperity with our Customers, Company, Team Members and Communities.

The successful candidate must also be able to effectively prioritize, possess sound reasoning/judgment skills, maintain a positive attitude and be a strong team player. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with our managers to attract experienced professionals to our team. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:


  • Manage the candidate experience from application to end of training.
  • Coordinate and conduct phone interviews for candidates.
  • Maintain professional communication and confidentiality with candidates and employees with sensitive information.
  • Maintain recruiting applicant tracking system (UKG) ensuring information is up-to-date for all open positions.
  • Process paperwork and/or forms in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure personnel and department information is processed, scanned, kept organized, up-to-date, and strictly confidential. 
  • Assist with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.
  • Create and post advertising needs on a variety of social media platforms.
  • Actively managing the pre-screen process and assisting in the onboarding for new hires.
  • Attend and participate in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events.
  • Source passive candidates for difficult to fill positions on platforms such as (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed).
  • All other tasks as assigned.
  • Represent and promote the organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must be detail oriented and possess excellent interpersonal, organization, communication (written and verbal), analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Recruiting/Onboarding.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under limited supervision.
  • Significant knowledge of HR functions.
