Required Skills

3 Years - Proven experience analyzing user requirements and problems and developing solutions by investigating and solving issues.

3 Years - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

3 Years - Familiarity with systems analysis methodologies, techniques, and tools.

3 Years - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively gather and document requirements.

3 Years - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

3 Years - Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

3 Years - Experience in the public sector or government projects.

Preferred Skills:

3 Years - Experience with the Texas Child Support system, programs, projects, and methodologies.
