Investment Banking Analyst/Associate | Consumer

Our firm is currently working with a Middle Market Investment Bank that is known for its strong presence within Consumer (Athleticwear and food) and Industrials. They are looking for a Senior Analyst for their growing team in Denver, Colorado. This team offers competitive compensation, great culture, and pays out bonuses on closed deals.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

· Create financial models and valuations

· Create Power-Point based pitch books and client presentations

· Oversee deal closing logistics

· 1-2 years of experience within Investment Banking

· Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIM’s etc.

· Strong accounting skills

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and tight-knit team
