• Familiarity with VMware a plus
• Experience with MS SQL (versions 2012-current)
• PDI software experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Hyper-V

About the Job:

The Systems Engineer team is responsible for building, deploying, and servicing hosted and non-hosted server environments. This will include staging, troubleshooting, and upgrading systems to provide solutions that meet the customer’s and PDI’s expectations.

What You’ll Do:

The Systems Administrator I will work with clients on assigned projects to identify solutions to technical problems and streamline processes. The consultant will adhere to standard processes and procedures. The ideal candidate must:

• Communicate internally and externally with PDI associates and customers
• Enter project notes in an assigned case in the CRM system
• Can complete tasks as assigned with a checklist
• Willingness to learn/shadow an employee with the goal to serve as a second point of contact for a particular LOB
• Execute and complete assigned projects within the time, scope and cost negotiated with the customer
• Resolve Level 1 billable customer cases
• Install PDI software
• Schedule and complete PDI application upgrades
• Use the time management system and designated intranet reports for time and budget management
• Document and communicate resolutions
• Enter all billable and non-billable time in the time management system
