Job Description

Are you an SysAdmin expert looking to join a dynamic team? We have an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your skills while continually learning and growing in your career!

As our Systems Administrator, you'll:

  • Manage Active Directory, create users, and oversee group policy.
  • Configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage while installing new or rebuilding existing servers.
  • Perform essential SharePoint System Administrative tasks, such as site creation, user training, backup, restore, and issue resolution.
  • Masterfully manage and deploy Windows Servers in a virtual environment.
  • Create preventive maintenance strategies to prevent system failures and ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze failures and devise effective corrective action plans.

And that's not all! You'll also:

  • Collaborate with other Administrators and provide assistance when needed.
  • Set up job site offices and deploy technology efficiently.
  • Create installation packages for enterprise software rollouts using MS SCCM.
  • Provide Tier II & III support and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Learn and assist end-users with various software packages.
  • Develop procedural documents to enhance the Help Desk's ability to support employee requests.

In addition, you'll:

  • Support LANs, WANs, network segments, and internet systems.
  • Manage server backups using Veeam Backup and Replication.
  • Maintain up-to-date patching and versioning on software packages, Windows Servers, desktops, and administrative tools.
  • Perform periodic performance reporting and contribute to capacity planning.
  • Optimize system performance through tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource allocation.
  • Research and recommend innovative approaches for system administration tasks.

  • Promote teamwork and positive communication among colleagues.
  • Tackle additional assignments and responsibilities as directed by supervisors.
  • Attend and participate in functions and meetings, sharing knowledge, information, and ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to meet deadlines, budgets, and schedules accurately.
  • Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Office 365, Azure, BeyondTrust's Powerbroker, and SharePoint Server Online Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Network topologies, Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching, and VMWare vSphere.
  • Expert knowledge of Windows Enterprise Server and Desktop Enterprise operating systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell Scripting, .Net, JQuery, Java, and Systems Administration Practices.

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Microsoft MCTS, MCSA, MCITP, or MCSE Certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in IT-related field.
