Surgical Recruiter

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Surgical Recruiter on a contract-to-hire basis in Denver, CO. The Surgical Recruiter coordinates recruitment efforts for assigned hospitals and service line vacancies to attract qualified candidates to fill openings within an appropriate timeframe. This is a fully remote position, though applicants must reside inColorado.

Surgical Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Teaches Selecting Talent Training and Taleo Refresher for Managers twice a year
• Sources passive candidates through LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed and Taleo
• Monitors and updates the list of vacant positions for Hiring leaders weekly
• Develops the strategy to include media recommendations, niche sites and conferences to develop a pipeline
• Reviews and screens applications including internal transfers for min qualifications, salary discovery and cultural fit primary sources
• Revisions to the job description, accountabilities, and measures may be required due to patient care needs and/or efficient operation of the Hospital.
• Calculates salary, presents and negotiates offers
• ERP Promotion on units and within the facility to engage current employees and identify passive candidates
• Mines Candidates through ATS and weekly reports
• Serves as ambassador by attending community events, job fairs, and school fairs
• Maintains Applicant Tracking System and postings to ensure SEO and JD attract qualified applicants
• Rounding in facilities using Intake guides and SLA's to understand the unique culture and fit necessary to staff units
• Maintains ongoing communication with Department Managers and Directors to ensure the accuracy of open positions and alignment with CL and OT.

Surgical Recruiter Requirements:

• Strong internet recruiting skills Client Management Skills
• Three plus years experience in a hospital-based HR; RN Recruiting Experience Preferred
• Multi-tasked oriented;
• Ability to manager 100+ requisitions
• Experience with an ATS - Taleo Strongly Preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Windows environment, excel, and word
• Ability to work independently Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
• Ability to adhere to deadlines,
