Are you a cookie lover? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Supply Chain Project Manager and Multi-site Continuous Improvement Coordinator, based in Tulsa, OK (preferred location); Glendale, AZ (preferred location); or Remote!
We are seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager and Multi-site Continuous Improvement Coordinator who will be responsible for executing and managing a portfolio of complex projects related to supply chain execution and product commercialization. The role will involve working across the organization and regularly communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The role will report to Nonni’s Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer.
For Project Management, the individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion, adherence to timelines and scope requirements, and successfully executing programs.
As a Multi-Site Continuous Improvement Coordinator, this individual will work closely with site leadership team to build a continuous improvement strategy across each bakery that leverages the people, processes and systems to improve the overall ways of working to drive improved quality, cost, delivery and morale.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recommends strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.
- Uses designated process mapping, tracking and assigned tools for project life cycle management to meet business needs.
- Builds and maintains good relationships with all business customers, colleagues, vendors/partners, and consultants.
- Works with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and lead projects or activities leading to process improvements as well as develops baseline financial metrics to document savings of identified projects / initiatives.
- Creates and drives a strong results-driven, accountable culture focused on delivering desired business outcomes.
- Drives process improvement, and adherence to company project standards for assigned projects.
- Develops and monitors timelines, noting dependencies and identifying and addressing any risks.
- Defines, plans, and coordinates work teams including coordinating the activities of cross- functional teams by leading through influence to ensure project timelines are met.
- Manages projects through to completion ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining overall project ownership to assigned projects.
- Leads collaborative project review meetings to highlight significant updates, assess risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Mobilizes and motivates effective project teams; communicating effectively across teams and groups; reprioritizing as necessary to address changes in the business and/or shifting needs.
- Provides project status to key stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU
- Project management experience with procurement, production, supply planning and scheduling.
- Resourceful self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity.
- Experience with factory process and automation, innovation projects, product commercialization, stage gate methodology and business execution projects.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Must be proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Effectively communicate and influence positive results.
- 2-4 years’ experience in Project Management leadership in a supply chain-related field.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a very fast paced, complex, and dynamic environment.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or the equivalent.
- Experience documenting/designing business processes, performing business analysis, and defining requirements.
- Food manufacturing and commercialization experience required.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously.
- Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma background required.
