- Prepares documentation and mapping of both existing and new processes. Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled. Maintains compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

- 2+ years of experience in process design and business process reengineering
- 1+ years of experience delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, large, dispersed client sales organization
- Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- 3+ years' experience in process optimization, operations, or business management
- Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change
- 2+ years of experience with conducting organizational assessments, benchmarking, and delivering verbal and written presentations of operational recommendations for improvement
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and related business process re-engineering strategies
- Excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills
